How long will it take to receive my Collection Kit?

Your Collection Kit will be shipped within two (2) business days of our receipt of payment.

What is in a Collection Kit?

A Collection Kit consists of a small, resealable container for remains, and a metal spoon. It will be shipped together with a return shipping label.

How do I send the Collection Kit back to you?

We will include a return shipping label, but it is your responsibility to deliver the package to the appropriate shipper.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within Canada using Priority Post or UPS. Depending on your location, shipping can take two days, or more. Please be in contact at the time of ordering to understand what an appropriate shipping time is for your address.

Will everything come with a tracking number?

Yes. Absolutely.

How will a Vessel be packaged before it gets sent to me?

Vessels are all carefully wrapped and boxed, in order to ensure a safe transit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my shipping?

If you have an account with a preferred shipper, and would like to assume all responsibilities for any liabilities that may occur as a result of their use, please let us know.

If I am not happy with my Vessel, can I return it?

All Vessels are made to order. There are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If my Vessel gets damaged, can I return it for repair?

We will do everything we can to. ensure a safe trip for your Vessel. If your Vessel is damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us. Between us and our shipper, we will make it right.
